Pre-coated galvanized steel and pre-coated galvanized aluminum (PPGI & PPGL), often referred to as pre-coated steel or color-coated steel coils, are a wide range of materials used in construction, manufacturing and other industrial applications. The basic materials of these products include hot-dip galvanized steel plate, hot-dip galvanized aluminum plate, electric galvanized steel plate, etc., which are all by plating a layer of zinc or aluminum on the surface of the steel to improve the corrosion resistance of the material.
In the production process, the steel plate is first subjected to strict surface pretreatment, this step is to remove the surface of oil, dust, rust and other impurities, to ensure that the coating and the surface of the steel plate good adhesion.
