〣Introduction of pattern steel

A steel plate with a raised (or recessed) finish.

Pattern steel plate, also known as mesh steel plate, is the surface with diamond shape or protruded steel plate.

The pattern can be a single diamond, lentil or round bean shape, or two or more patterns can be appropriately combined into a composite pattern plate.

The pattern mainly plays the role of anti-skid and decoration. The combined pattern board is better than the single pattern board in terms of anti-skid ability, bending ability, metal saving and appearance.

Pattern steel plate is widely used in shipbuilding, boiler, automobile, tractor, railway car and construction industries.

Because of the protruding edge on its surface, the decorative steel plate can be used as floor, workshop escalator, work frame pedal, ship deck, car bottom plate, etc.

Patterned steel plate is used for the pedals of walkways and stairs in workshops, large equipment or ships. It is a steel plate with a diamond or lentil pattern pressed out of the surface.

〣Specification for galvanized steel

The steel plate is produced from ordinary carbon steel 1-3 Class B steel with a thickness of 2.5-8 mm, a width of 600-1800 mm and a length of 2000-12000 mm.

The specification of the pattern steel plate is expressed by the basic thickness (excluding the thickness of the protruding edge). There are 10 specifications of 2.5-8mm. Pattern plate steel plate with 1-3.

The height of the pattern plate is not less than 0.2 times the thickness of the substrate;
