(1) Pollution resistance. Galvanized corrugated board has a strong resistance to pollution, ketchup, lipstick, coffee drinks, cooking oil and other on the surface of polyester coating, after 24 hours, with washing liquid cleaning and drying, the surface luster, color no change.
(2) high temperature resistance. Galvanized corrugated board was continuously heated for 90 h in the oven at 120℃, and the luster and color of the coating did not change significantly.
(3) low temperature resistance. When the galvanized corrugated board is placed at -54℃ for 24 h, the bending and impact resistance of the coating have no obvious change.
(4) boiling water resistance. After soaking all kinds of corrugated board samples in boiling water for 60 min, the surface luster and color do not change, and there is no foaming, softening, expansion and other phenomena.
