(1) According to the manufacturer's product factory status, the original transport. Never remove the wood or turn the product upside down to facilitate loading.

(2) In order to prevent injury, do not use the push machine to push or flip the product.

(3) Lay a rubber pad on the trailer of the truck for transportation, or use a special truck to protect the outside of the steel coil from injury.

(4) When transporting the color steel plate, it should be firmly fixed so that the heavy substacked color steel plate will not move due to vibration. Do not accumulate too much color steel plate weight for transportation.

(5) When the color steel plate is taken out one by one from each stack of color steel plates, if dragged, the sharp cut of the color steel plate or the raw edge (Burr) generated when it is cut off will leave scratches on other plates. Therefore, when taking or moving the color steel plate, two people should pick up the two ends of the color steel plate to move.

However, because the surface of the color coated steel plate has a layer of organic coating, it is easy to be bruised, so it should be handled more carefully.

(1) Steel coil in stacking, loading and unloading, such as direct contact with the steel cable and steel coil, it is easy to be hurt, so it is necessary to use a rubber pad inserted to separate the steel cable and steel coil or use a special handling tool, or use a larger width of nylon spreader.

(2) The steel coil can be required to be packaged straight, and the state should be maintained upright during transportation and loading and unloading.

(3) If you want to lay the upright steel coil horizontally, please use the Upender as far as possible.

(4) To be stored indoors (internal storage), to avoid open stacking (open storage).

If forced to store, please place square sleepers horizontally under the galvanized color steel plate at appropriate intervals as the cushion wood, and then stack the color steel plate above, paying special attention to make the ventilation good. Absolutely avoid placing colored steel plates directly on the ground. And the product must be covered with waterproof cloth, etc., to protect the product from direct exposure to the sun and rain.

(5) When paving the wood, choose a flat ground, and at the same time, the top of the cushion wood should also be level, so that the color steel plate is stacked to the same height, which can also prevent the warping of the color steel plate.

(6) Do not place it in a place polluted by sand and dust. If there is sand and dust accumulation on the color steel plate, it may damage the zinc layer or coating on the surface of the color steel plate. In addition, the accumulation of sand and dust is not easy to dry, which will become the cause of white rust.

(7) Taking into account the prevention of danger, as well as the prevention of product deformation, damage and other problems, try to avoid stacking too high.

(8) Minimize the inventory period.
